"Upon receipt of the tax receipts issued by the relevant Chinese tax authorities for the aforesaid withholding taxes, the Buyer shall forward to the Seller without undue delay."
(a) such procedures are undertaken and completed without undue delay and in no less favourable manner for imported products than for like domestic products;
On receipt of the notice under Clause 54, the Contractor shall remedy the defect without undue delay and at his own cost as stipulated in Clauses 51-65 inclusive.
