Last week I bought an English dictionary from your online bookstore because I am in great need of such a dictionary to help me with my English study. It costs me 25 dollars. But unfortunately when it reached me, I found it very unsatisfactory. There are quite a few misprints and some of the pages are even missing! As far as I am concerned, I’d like my money back or at least you can change this dictionary for another copy!
