目的：探討吻合器痔上粘膜環切術（PPH）聯合電鉗外痔切除術治療重度痔的臨牀價值。
目的透過多中心臨牀研究進一步評價剪口結紮結合PPH術治療混合痔的有效*和安全*。
結論與PPH術相比，STARR術治療直腸前突雖然在手術住院費用和手術時間上有所增加，但遠期療效較好。
