Try to drink around 3-5 cups a day, add a twist of lemon for extra zing.
but the tomato paste tends to taste of too much zing and tang for me to eat it every week without feeling bored.
Hint: Add a dash of "irrelevant authority" (i.e celebrities) and a pinch of "snob appeal" (i.e. "only the cool use this brand") to give it that extra zing.
