Evans earlier said on the Fox TV station: "The president worked hard to cut taxes in the past year just because the overall growth of economy is essential, and the tax cut is a good beginning to bring around the economy."
He did not propose to lose his temper, but merely to be persistent and agreeable, and by a few questions bring around a mild understanding of some sort.
