A new technology is developed in recent years for treating deepwater rubble bed with blasting tamping method.
Based on the actual example in the project, we discuss the diagnosis methods and reinforcement measures when rubble bed of gravity wharf is damaged by water flow from tugboat's starting.
Character and action principle of steel cylindrical structure is presented in this paper, which is first applied successfully in wharf and breakwater foundation taking place of rubble bed.
