The assignee of the negotiable instrument has been unable to declare the right in time because of the notice of the public notice, which has damaged the rights and interests of the bona fide holder.
We hereby agree with the drawers, endorsers and bona fide holders of drafts .
We hereby engage with drawers and/ or bona fide holder that drafts drawn and negotiated on presentation and that drafts accepted within the terms of this credit will be duly honoured at maturity.
