The overall plan and arrangement about the domestic fund and foreign preferential loans accelerated the progress of project construction and rapidly stimulated the domestic demand.
The bank will also support Chinese companies to contract projects or engage in resource exploration and manufacturing in countries to which the Chinese Government provides preferential loans.
