Whisk egg yolks with sugar until light. Add softened butter, lime zest, sifted flour and powdered yeast. Chill. Roll out dough and cut 20 cm diametre discs.
Add two cups of sifted flour to one cup of sugar and mix.
Mix in sifted flour.
Beat the margarine and sugars until creamy and fluffy. Add in sifted flour, poppy seeds and lemon peels. Mix well.
Fold in sifted flours and baking powder, use hand to knead and forms dough.
Add in the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking powder and hazelnut powderinto the butter mixture. Then add in chocolate drops and mix.
